Cecil Carter Obituary

Mr. Cecil Carter was born February 7, 1945 in Pell City, Alabama to the late Will and Syfronia Louise Carter.

Cecil departed this life on February 21, 2024.

Cecil was a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan for many years.
One of his favorite quotes was: "How bout those Cowboys"

He was preceded in death by his mother, father, four sisters, and three brothers.

At the age of sixteen, he moved to Washington D.C. and started working at Bay State Beep Co. Inc. as a meat cutter. He retired in 1974.

He leaves to cherish his memory, two sisters, Dorothy Carter, and Cynthia Carter, both of Pell City, AL; two brothers, Timothy (Lisa) Carter of Pell City, AL and Bennie Ray Carter of Detroit, MI; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and many dear friends.
