Lil Fred was a 2010 graduate of Gadsden City High School. In 2011, he went to Dodge City Community College in Dodge City, Kansas. He had a passion for football, and he will be remembered as a beast on the field. Later in life, his travels would take him back to New York, where he loved that NY life. Lil Fred never met a stranger and his southern hospitality followed him every where he went.

Those left to cherish his memories are his two beautiful sons who he loved dearly, Eric Carter, Gadsden, AL, and Silas Berkey, Murfreesboro, TN; Mother, Keisha Tutt, Brooklyn, NY; Father, Fred T. (Delicia) Carter, Sr., Gadsden, AL; Loving Grandmother, Yolanda Jackson, Gadsden, AL; Siblings, Tyrone Tutt, Schenectady, NY, Darius Turner, Gadsden, AL, LaParish Satterwhite, Gadsden, AL, Melia Carter, Brooklyn, NY, Cartel Rashad (Kassydi) Carter, Sr., Birmingham, AL, Trevonte Carter.
