He began this journey of life on August 7, 1991 to Ms. Keisha Tutt and Mr. Fred Carter, Sr. “Lil Fred” or “FreFred” to those who really knew him was highly loved by many. He had an infectious smile and a laugh that you would never forget. He had a caring heart, and he tried to make everyone happy. When he loved, he loved hard.
Lil Fred was a 2010 graduate of Gadsden City High School. In 2011, he went to Dodge City Community College in Dodge City, Kansas. He had a passion for football, and he will be remembered as a beast on the field. Later in life, his travels would take him back to New York, where he loved that NY life.
