James D Sanders

Mr. James Sanders passed away Friday, May 22, 2020 in the comfort of his home in Springville, Alabama. He was under the care of St. Vincent East Hospice.

James was born February 4, 1948 to the late Mr. Claude Sanders and Mattie Mae Sanders. 
He loved fishing, hunting and working on lawn mowers.  Most of all, he loved kids and loved to ride them on his four wheeler and teach them how to drive.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, R.C. Sanders, Willie Claude Sanders, and Richard Lee Sanders; sisters, Sarah Lee Sanders, Geraldine Groce and Dottie Jean Woody. 

He leaves to cherish his memories: a devoted significant other, Joanne Vandergrift; sons, Rodney Bothwell (Cindy), Ashville, AL, and Johnny Wayne Sanders, Winfield, AL; sisters,  Thelma Coleman, Hamilton, OH, Vertlee Beamon, Barbeton, OH and Minnie Miller, Springville, AL; eight grandchildren,  a host of neices, nephews, other relatives and friends.
