Timothy Boyd

Timothy Antuan Boyd was born April 4, 1968 to the late Ocie Hurd, Jr. and Sarah Ann Boyd Moss.

Tim joined Mt. Zion Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. I.L. Henderson at an early age.  He graduated from Springville High School in 1986.  He later joined the U.S. Air Force and served for 8 years.  He worked at Amerex and Fontaine for a few years. He then worked at Honda Manufacturing from 2001 to present.

Timothy Boyd’s life will forever be cherished by his loving family and friends.  Those who remain to cherish his memory are his daughter Amber Norwood, Birmingham, AL; stepdaughter, Danielle Shears, Trussville, AL; stepson, DeVante Lewis, San Diego, CA; aunts, Kathleen (Herbert) Toles, Springville, AL, and Betty Boyd, Hampton, VA; sisters, Shirley (Cle) Martin, Birmingham, AL, and Mikki Boyd Woody, Springville, AL; brother Samuel (Raven) Boyd, Pinson, AL; bonus brother, Kenny Sanders; special friend, Tarsha Taylor, Trafford, AL; special cousin, Ronnie Newsome; his Springville squad, Bo Richardson, Debbie Sturdivant, Cshenavia (Nay) Byrd, Glenn Woody, Paula Woods, Minnie Moore, Danny Moore, and Marvin Herring; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
